| Bio: | Doug Flutie was born on October 23, 1962 in Manchester MD. He graduated Boston College in 1984 with degrees in Computer Science and Speech Communications. He is best remembered for his Hail Mary Pass in 1984 to defeat Miami 47-45, he also won the Heisman Trophy that year. Flutie has played in USFL, NFL and CFL; 6-time CFL MVP with B.C. Lions (1991), Calgary (1992-94) and Toronto (1996-97); led Calgary to Grey Cup title in '92 and Toronto in 1996-97; returned to NFL in 1998 with Buffalo Bills and threw 20 TD passes in '98 and 19 in '99 before being benched for the '99 playoffs. |
